Now Hiring: Maintenance Team
Join the Roohan Realty Property Maintenance Team! These positions are responsible for oversight of general maintenance of apartment units and/or commercial units including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry, painting, and landscaping. Also, needs to have the ability to manage staff and coordinate with subcontractors to effectively complete scheduled tasks. This jobs workload is split between managing and hands on performance. Responding to work orders and resolving resident requests within 24 hours, providing excellent customer service, and cultivating professional, positive relationships with tenants is our mission.
