Trattoria Fortunata Opens On Phila Street
Small Eatery Has Big Plans for 2021 Season
Phila Street’s newest eatery may be occupying the small space that was formerly Ravenous Creperie, but they have big plans for the future, including lunch, brunch, and a specialty plant based menu.
Trattoria Fortunata, which just launched their soft opening mid-April, is currently open for limited indoor dining (by reservation only), takeout, and DoorDash delivery. They are located at 21 Phila Street in Saratoga Springs.
“I’d describe it as a cross between Italian and modern American cuisines,” says owner, Kyle Geniti. “Our food is Italian influenced but won’t be limited to that.”
The eatery’s current menu features about a dozen dishes ranging from Broccoli Rabe to Impossible® Bolognese: a vegetarian Bolognese made with Impossible® plant-based meat.
Their full menu will be released in early May, and they will be expanding to include lunch and brunch by summer 2021. Look for more Italian inspired entrees, a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu/gluten-free menu, brunch items, craft beer, wine and mimosas.
Geniti says indoor dining is open weekdays “from 5 to 9ish – we’ll stay open as long as orders are coming in. Weekends we will stay open later, closer to 10PM or so.” Reservations are required. Please call (518) 886-8672 or message the restaurant on Facebook.
