New agent joins real estate sales team

Roohan Realty is thrilled to announce that Julie Gold has joined the team as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Julie has been a registered nurse for 27 years, having worked the past 24 years at Samaritan Hospital in Troy and St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. She has held leadership roles throughout the majority of her career in critical care. Julie is eager to apply the same dedication, passion, and advocation she had for her patients towards helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She was born and raised in Schenectady and moved to Malta over 20 years ago with her husband Eric with whom they share three children: Luke, Ana, and Joseph. In her free time, Julie enjoys cheering her kids on in sports, spending time at Brant Lake, watching flowers grow and laughing at her cats Hector & Honey.
