New residential agent joins real estate sales team
Roohan Realty is thrilled to announce that Teri Kleinmann has joined as a Associate Real Estate Broker.
Teri has been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market since 2008. With nearly two decades of experience and a background as a New York State licensed attorney since 1989, she brings strong negotiation skills and attention to detail to every transaction. Her legal career includes work in Chicago, New York City, Albany, and service as counsel in the New York State Assembly. A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, Wellesley College, and the Academy of the Holy Names. As a seasoned real estate broker since 2008, Teri brings years of experience guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the process.
She lives in Malta with her husband, Joel Howard, and their cat, Casper, and supports local organizations including the St. Margaret’s Center Foundation, St. Anne Institute Foundation, and the Center for Disability Services. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, long walks, exploring Saratoga, live music, and time at the beach, bringing that same energy and dedication to every client experience.
