Roohan Realty Welcomes Nancy Stagnitti

New agent joins real estate sales team

Roohan Realty is thrilled to announce that Nancy Stagnitti has joined the team as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

With a diverse background in real estate law, client advocacy, and community service, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role serving buyers and sellers throughout the Capital Region. Before becoming a licensed agent, she worked as a real estate paralegal in both New York and Vermont—experience that gives her clients a valuable edge when navigating contracts, closings, and negotiations. Her in-depth understanding of real estate transactions allows her to guide clients through every step of the process with confidence, care, and clarity.

Nancy is a lifelong equestrian with extensive experience in dressage and eventing. Her passion for horses reflects the same focus, discipline, and dedication she brings to her real estate career. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy a lively home filled with love and laughter, raising their four children alongside three rescue dogs and two cats.

Nancy can be reached at 518.960.0464 or nstagnitti6@gmail.com.
