Palette & Habitat For Humanity Host Virtual Diversity & Leadership Event
Friday, March 12th from 9AM to 4:30PM on Zoom
Join Palette & Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties for a day of education and action, at their first “We Built This City” virtual community event on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 9AM to 4:30PM.
Taking place over Zoom, the event is an opportunity for individuals, business leaders and entrepreneurs across various industries to discuss the modern workplace and how to implement diversity and inclusivity in the workplace to benefit our businesses and our community.
“Anyone who builds with Habitat understands the love that resonates after a day of hammers and nails,” said Adam Feldman, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties. “Habitat’s unique model truly creates an inclusive community – CEOs, Average Joes, Republicans, Democrats and Partner Families collaborate to build homes and communities every day on our build sites. We want to bring that same positive energy to the broader community and We Built This City allows us to spread that love through our virtual event with Palette.”
Tickets for the full-day event for non-Palette members are $99; and $49 for Palette members.

About Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity believes everyone deserves a decent place to live. We do that by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Our Partnership program provides an opportunity for hard working local families to buy their homes with an affordable mortgage (not giveaway program). At Habitat, we believe in sweat equity instead of cash equity and our partner families invest hundreds of hours of their own labor working alongside community volunteers to build their home. Habitat for Humanity is also one of the two local housing nonprofits for the Saratoga Showcase of Homes. Learn more at glensfallshabitat.org or saratogashowcaseofhomes.com.
