The Hi-Note Bar, a new addition to Saratoga Springs’ hospitality and nightlife scene, is now open at 63 Putnam Street in downtown Saratoga Springs, marking the launch of an exciting new neighborhood destination.

Owned and operated by partners Robert Rezin, Brady Dillon, Corey Melancon, and Ryan Reed, The Hi-Note Bar was intentionally opened in the Putnam Street corridor due to its strong neighborhood fit, visibility, and the opportunity the location presented. The area’s blend of local energy and foot traffic aligned with the owners’ vision for a welcoming bar that feels familiar, lively, and community focused.

“We hope to be a positive and welcoming addition to Saratoga’s hospitality and nightlife community and industry,” said Rezin. “With a focus on friendly hospitality, consistent and efficient service, and a lively atmosphere, our hope is for The Hi-Note to be a comfortable, familiar, fun, and memorable experience.”

The Hi-Note Bar features a streamlined beverage and food program designed for speed, quality, and consistency. Offerings include espresso martinis on tap, beer and wine on tap, and signature house shots such as the Forghetti, made with Fernet Branca and Borghetti. Guests can also enjoy hot empanadas, with flavors including Argentine beef and ham & cheese, with various dipping sauces (chipotle aioli, passion fruit hot, and chimi mayo) which pair nicely with the house beer Montucky Cold Snacks.

The Hi-Note Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, with later hours on weekends, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The new establishment aims to serve as a relaxed yet energetic gathering place for both locals and visitors.

The opening was made possible with the support of Dan Roohan, who represented The Hi-Note Bar throughout the transaction. Cindy Hollowood and Anne O’Toole represented the building owner, Tom Roohan. Dillon noted, “The transaction was a smooth and pleasant experience.”
