This is where money can be lost and the value of your home can decline due to unforeseen issues, which is especially difficult when you are on a contingency. A pre-inspection can help solidify the value of your home. You will want todo this as soon you know you want to sell. Allowing you to capitalize on all of the benefits that come with doing a pre home inspection. This way all of your bases are covered and if there are any issues with your home you will know sooner rather than later.
