What are the home’s most valuable features for prospective buyers?

The location is exceptional for those who enjoy privacy but want to remain close to amenities. This house is nestled on 8.58 acres just 6.4 miles from Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. Are there any unusual amenities?

What’s your favorite thing about the property?

I would say my favorite thing about the house is the overall quality of the construction, no small detail was missed. The location is great and the setting is stunning. You even have the beauty of the Snook Kill running through the acreage.
