How would you describe the home’s style/floor plan?

The condo features three bedrooms and two full baths. The open floor plan flows seamlessly from the foyer through the kitchen to the dining area and living room with gas fireplace. The dining area and living room run across the front of the condo looking out to your private Saratoga porch (8′ X 32″). From here, you can enjoy the view of Union Avenue and see the fireworks in Congress Park. Just perfect!

Are there any unusual amenities?

There are a few things that strike me as “bonus” features in this condo. The first floor location and large porch are fantastic. The unit has 10′ ceilings, beautiful moldings and a tray ceiling which adds to its spacious feel. The additional storage space with this condo is exceptional. There is a private storage closet located in the hallway right next to your unit, as opposed to in the basement of the building, as with other units. I should also mention that the unit comes with two (side by side) parking spaces in the garage.

What’s your favorite thing about the property?

I think my favorite things about this property are its proximity to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer and its first floor location in the building. With the building only having 18 units, being on the first floor gives a very welcoming feel. When you enter from the gorgeous Union Avenue main entrance, there is no need to take an elevator. Your unit is tucked away right around the corner from the main foyer. With that being said, a first floor unit also provides for an absolutely spectacular private porch.
