What are the home’s most valuable features for prospective buyers?
I would have to say the wide open serene setting would be the allure of this property for many buyers. The walk-out basement leads to beautiful rolling hills and a stream running along the rear property line. Beyond the horse stalls and pens are an old stone wall and just enough trees to afford some privacy.
How would you describe the home’s style/floor plan?
This is a modular home reminiscent of a craftsman style. It has a bright, open feel with a master and a second bedroom on opposite ends of the floorplan, each with a full bath, and a third bedroom with a full bath upstairs. The basement has a ton of potential, partially finished with a beautiful walk-out exit.
Are there any unusual amenities?
Aside from the 2-stall horse barn. The second floor offers a third bedroom, bathroom and living room which would be a great area for in-laws or visitors. Plenty of space to add a kitchen and separate the space if you desired.
What’s your favorite thing about the property?
My favorite thing about the property is the view. Out the back of the house you see the stream and valley below and rolling hills beyond. From the side you can check on your horse. It’s really a beautiful setting year round.
