There are no visible neighbors, the site is as peaceful and serene as they come. Set on a 2.5 acre lot, you would have no idea that you are just ten minutes from Saratoga Springs by car, and a few minutes to Saratoga Lake by boat.
How would you describe the home’s style/floor plan?
The floorplan on the first floor is very open, an eat in kitchen, dining area and family room. The entire first floor has water views, and opens up to the large screened in wrap-around porch. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, one being a large master suite with walk-in closet and full bath with claw foot tub.
Are there any unusual amenities?
An unfinished third floor attic would make a great in-law suite, family room, or storage space. Because this house is built on piers, it’s nice to have the ability to use that third floor for whatever you desire.
What’s your favorite thing about the property?
The waterfront itself is so unique because as I think when you look at other properties on Saratoga Lake, it is impossible to find something with this much privacy. Being on the creek offers all of that privacy, plus convenience and ease of access to the Lake and town.
