Roohan Realty Helps Fill Truck with Donated Gifts
Each year, agent Darlene Chorman coordinates our company’s participation in Give A Child A Christmas – a program that pairs volunteer “Santas” with local families to provide holiday gifts and clothing to children in need. Darlene, who has been involved in the program since 1986, works closely with Director Laurie Setna, who oversees applications, volunteer/child matchmaking, and the collection and distribution of the presents.
Laurie moved to Saratoga Springs this past year and didn’t have access to a garage, so her son was kind enough to provide his work trailer to house the donated gifts, and we were thrilled to hear that it was filled to the top last Thursday after all the gifts were collected.
