How would you describe the home’s style or floor plan?

“When you walk in the front door, you are immediately aware of the openness of this unit. Bright and airy, it is perfect for both entertaining and relaxing, featuring a large, open floor plan with a first floor master bedroom that’s tucked behind a wall for privacy. The upstairs loft gives way to two more large bedrooms; it’s also a great space to create a sitting area.”

Are there any unusual amenities?

“The most unique aspect of this townhome is it’s proximity to the golf course. There aren’t many other properties in our immediate area like it. I also feel that the outdoor space this end unit gives provides more privacy than most of the others and I just love that.”

What is your favorite thing about this property?

“I don’t think I can pick one favorite thing about this lovely home as there are really quite a few! First of all, that outdoor space I mentioned is perfect on a summer evening. I also love the size and openness of this unit. The basement, although not yet finished, is fully ready for someone to turn into additional living space with ease. I could continue to add more special features, but you’ll have to come see for yourself to understand all that this home offers.”
