Battleground Fitness To Expand This June
The strength studio will be moving to a larger space on Maple Ave
Battleground Fitness, which just opened in 2020, is slated to move to a larger space this spring in light of the business’ success. The high-end strength studio, which is located at 426 Maple Avenue in Saratoga Springs, will remain at the same address but take over a larger suite (suite C) by June 1, 2021.
“Battleground Fitness was forged through the darkness of COVID-19,” says owner and founder, Rebbekka Graziano. “It was created to bring a high end strength training studio to the Saratoga area. We offer a couple different classes each week: strength, conditioning and yoga. Our strength classes are what makes us special. We love using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, ropes and sandbags. Our programming is periodized, which simply means we progress our lifts from week to week.”
What really distinguishes Battleground Fitness from other gyms are their personalized assessments. Each member has the opportunity to have a full body assessment to help determine their strengths, limitations and weaknesses. Live online classes are also offered, so members can enjoy the option to join classes from the comfort of home when schedules are tight. Other services include cardiovascular training, strength classes, boot camp conditioning, and nutrition coaching.
The company also just welcomed athletic trainer and founder of Movementality, LLC, Kiera Kenyon, to their team.
“We are excited to get into the new space and keep our family growing,” says Graziano. “We are a clean and welcoming community that would love to work with you. We hope to see you soon!”
