Q & A with Listing Agent Oliver Aldrich
What are the home’s most valuable features for prospective buyers?
“61 Fire Tower Road sits on 7 beautiful acres with gorgeous views of the Green Mountains and Lake Lauderdale. This incredible custom home has views from every room and abundant natural light. It has been meticulously maintained with an updated first floor bathroom and high-end finishes throughout.”
How would you describe the home’s style or floor plan?
“This is a Post and Beam style home (oak frame) with the majority of the beams coming right from the property. The kitchen is spacious and open with floor-to-ceiling windows, a commercial grade oven, TWO stainless steel refrigerators, cherry cabinets, granite counters, eat-in area and glass doors to the deck and million dollar view! Exposed beams, stonework, soaring ceilings, skylights and an open staircase create a beautiful, modern-rustic atmosphere. The exterior is just as impressive with its new metal roof, new windows, enormous two story mountain-view deck, fenced yard and pristine landscaping.”
Are there any unusual amenities?
“This property has multiple outbuildings including a 2 car detached and heated garage, and a 3 bay barn with huge storage loft that was imported from Connecticut.”
What’s your favorite thing about the property?
“My favorite part about this property would be sitting out on the deck and enjoying the views of the Green Mountains!”
