Are there any unusual amenities?

” I would say that the sun room (added to the home in 1990) is another unusual amenity. What’s your favorite thing about the property?

“I have a few favorite things about this property. My first favorite would be the beautiful wood floors that were recently refinished. They are classic, timeless and add so much warmth to this home. My second favorite thing would be the kitchen which is definitely the hub of this home. From this room, you can keep an eye on and be a part of most everything going on. It also has an efficient layout and a great butcher block breakfast bar. One last favorite…a beautiful, custom, stained glass window in the master bedroom…nice detail with a subtle pop of color!”
