One of Saratoga County’s most anticipated fall charity events returns this October as the Saratoga Showcase of Homes celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes will take place the first two weekends of October. This year’s event features 13 homes from 12 local builders, giving visitors the opportunity to tour new construction homes throughout Saratoga County while discovering the latest in home design, architecture, building trends and interior designs.
Whether you’re considering building a home, looking for inspiration for a future renovation, touring beautiful homes or supporting a good cause, the Showcase offers a unique opportunity to step inside some of the area’s newest residences.
When is the 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes?
The 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes will be held October 3–4 and October 10–11, with all homes open from 10 AM to 4 PM each day. Tickets are valid throughout all four days of the event, allowing visitors to explore the homes at their own pace and return for another weekend if they don’t make it through the entire tour in one day.
With 13 homes spread throughout several communities, the four-day schedule makes it easy to plan a route and experience the Showcase without having to rush from home to home.
13 Showcase Homes From 12 Local Builders
The 2026 Showcase features a diverse collection of new homes, from thoughtfully designed condominiums and twin homes to expansive custom residences. The homes showcase a range of architectural styles, floor plans, finishes and features that reflect how today’s homeowners are approaching new construction.
This year’s participating builders include Amedore Homes, Barbera Homes/Park West LLC, Belmonte Builders, BT Land Development, Homes by Malta Development, Kodiak Construction, Kohler Homes, Spa City Builders, Talarico Construction, Trojanski Builders, Urvalek Builders and Witt Construction.
The 13 featured homes are located throughout Saratoga County and the surrounding area, including Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Round Lake, Malta, Stillwater, Greenfield Center and Wilton.

How Much Are Saratoga Showcase of Homes Tickets?
Tickets for the 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes are $25 per person and are valid for all four days of the event. Children under 12 are admitted free. Visitors who purchase a ticket can receive a free Showcase shoe bag tote at the first home they visit, while supplies last.
Tickets are available online, at participating local ticket locations and at the Showcase homes during tour hours.
