Are there any unusual amenities?
“Although not unusual, the wood floors throughout the living room, dining room, family room and bedrooms are lovely and add warmth and charm to the home. In addition, the attached two car garage with room for storage is a wonderful feature.”
What’s your favorite thing about the property?
“In addition to the home’s location – close to the city with easy access to the Farmers Market and Spring Run Trail – we also love its spacious backyard with beautiful perennials, the lovely screened-in porch, and the open interior layout that is just perfect for entertaining.”
