What are the home’s most valuable features for prospective buyers?

The location is amazing. This property is equidistant to the Saratoga Race Course and to Broadway and within walking distance to everything Saratoga Springs has to offer. That being said, the home also has gorgeous original wide plank pine floors on the first floor, and ash flooring on the second, both painstakingly restored. The kitchen is brand new and features custom cabinets, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and gorgeous natural stone counters.

How would you describe the home’s style/floor plan?

The floor plan has a large kitchen in the back of the home, and adjoining dining, living area, and parlor in the front of the home. Upstairs (there are two staircases) there are three bedrooms with a large master suite with large bathroom.

Are there any unusual amenities?

I would say it is unusual to find a home of this caliber in town that has been upgraded completely, and is totally move in ready. The original flooring, and some other features including stained glass windows, and original wood on the stairs are not uncommon to see in these older homes, but the owner spent a lot of time maintaining their excellent condition so the details really shine.
