What are the home’s most valuable features for prospective buyers?

Are there any unusual amenities?

One of the nicest features of this home is its location. Saratoga Trails is quite unique to this area as there are several connected trails maintained around the property for horseback riding, biking or snowmobiling. They are really serene and allow you to see the beauty of the land.

What’s your favorite thing about the property?

Well, trying to pinpoint one favorite thing about this one is nearly impossible! I love front door and its simple, welcoming feel; you have to see to experience this:

The kitchen is so refreshing and, with the leathered granite countertops, is quite unique. The amount of light in the house is incredible as well.
