My wife and I have used Val for 2 purchases and 1 recent sale in the last 8 years. She consistently outperforms our expectations. The night before our recent closing to sell our condo the buyer said the dishwasher wasn’t working during their walk through and wanted to bring in a repair guy to evaluate. I was out of town and knew it was in working order.
