I have been a part of the Roohan Realty “Family” for over 18 years. In 2000, Kate Naughton found our family a perfect home in downtown Saratoga Springs. She had her work cut out for her as we were on a tight budget. Kate is extremely knowledgeable, excellent negotiator and took the stress out of home buying. When it was time to move in, I was unable to locate a moving truck in short notice and Tom Roohan made the Roohan Realty moving truck available and that was a huge life saver. Fast forward to 2014. My family dynamics changed and I needed to work out of state. I did not want to give up my gem of a house. Jason Thomas handled my rental. Jason is extremely organized and gets after it. We were able to get the house rented quickly. He was very helpful with home improvement ideas and referred contractors that did great work for a fair price. He was able to assist with obtaining quotes, keeping projects on schedule and he was letting contractors in the house as I was out of state. Without Jason it could not have happened. He is extremely trustworthy and accountable. He has been able to get great tenants. I had a furnace issue in the winter and Jason assisted in getting things done. He always answers my call with positive energy and eager to resolving any issues the come up. Jason, Kate and Tom have always been there for me. Kate Naughton was our broker and very helpful and friendly she would keep in contact often. Our property was in the town of Glenville on wheeler drive. We had several up & down moments with about five different people buying it & then either they backed out or something caused things to fall through plus last minute so to speak septic tank problems. We changed the price a couple of times but all in all we’ve closed and are enjoying our new home and we appreciated all the moving boxes, friendliness etc. We would like to say thank you very much.
