I currently live in Ballston Spa with my husband and children who are proud Scottie’s! I serve as the Co-Chair for the Ballston Spa Education Foundation and dedicate much of my time raising funds to provide the school district with additional opportunities that fall outside of the scope of the school budget. We are a proud military family and I am thrilled to say that I am a credentialed Military Relocation Professional.

I can not tell you how amazing our experience with Jamie has been. Buying from out of state is overwhelming and Jamie made it fun and easy. Jaime was amazing. I had never sold a house before and getting my parents house cleaned out was a project in itself. Then came the mold assessment. Jaime was there for all meetings and was available when I needed someone to open doors and talk to contractors. I did not have to take time off from work to get the needed tasks accomplished. Her knowledge of the business was complete and accurate. It took some time to get everything done and get the house ready for sale and Jaime was there every step of the way. Seven months ago my wife and I walked into Roohan looking for an agent who was connected locally in Saratoga Springs. We were introduced to Jaime Williams, and immediately felt comfortable with her. It had been 45 years since we bought our house in NH, and we felt very naïve about how to proceed with the search, let alone the actual process of buying a house. Jaime explained things very clearly, and so we set out on the journey of looking at many houses over the course of half a year. Jaime was very patient, and introduced us to another agent, Carol Raike, and explained they would both be working with us.
