Seven months ago my wife and I walked into Roohan looking for an agent who was connected locally in Saratoga Springs. We were introduced to Jaime Williams, and immediately felt comfortable with her. It had been 45 years since we bought our house in NH, and we felt very naïve about how to proceed with the search, let alone the actual process of buying a house. Jaime explained things very clearly, and so we set out on the journey of looking at many houses over the course of half a year. Jaime was very patient, and introduced us to another agent, Carol Raike, and explained they would both be working with us. The two women brought different perspectives, and were immensely helpful in giving us an understanding of the different neighborhoods in Saratoga Springs, and showing us a wide selection of houses.
