Our house sale closed today and I wanted to take the time to share my experience with Roohan Realty and your agent Gary Squires. We chose Gary because of his good reputation in the community and feel he truly ‘brought about the sale.’ Before listing, we met with Gary and evaluated the home. He suggested some repairs and cleanup to get the home show ready, and went the extra mile to help us, including getting local estimates on repairs. We discussed listing price and agreed to price it realistically. The Open House was 3 days after listing. The listing photos were excellent, the house showed very well and we had multiple offers. We went over the offers and chose the one most likely to go to closing. From contract to closing took longer than expected, but we were kept informed of the progress. Gary showed up to meet inspectors and appraiser and had all the pertinent information about the home on hand to move things along. We know that Roohan Realty is a big company that sells many homes, most of which are more expensive than our modest home, but we could not have been treated better or with more genuine concern and professionalism from start to finish. Thanks to you and your team for selling our home. -Kim Pallmer (July 2018)
